Paul Choquette, a principal with the Choquette Law Group, P.S., a Seattle based law firm practicing immigration law, began receiving inquiries from employers asking whether the immigration process could be expedited.

Mr. Choquette responded that the processing time for the issuance of visas depends not only on the various government agencies that are charged with adjudicating the petitions and applications, but also upon the employers and foreign nurses who provide the information.

If a method could be developed that would allow for prompt retrieval and dissemination of information by and from the employer and foreign nurse regardless of geographical constraints then the immigration process could be expedited.

Using Internet technology, NursePass.com was developed.  The result is the creation of the first website exclusively dedicated to assisting employers and nurses with the immigration process online.
