Nonimmigrant
A nonimmigrant is a foreign national who intends to enter the United States temporarily. NursePass provides assistance with Trade NAFTA visas for nurses and Trade Dependent visas for spouses and children of nurses who are applying outside the United States; extensions of Trade NAFTA visas for the nurses and Trade Dependent visas for spouses and children of nurses who are present in United States; and changes from another Nonimmigrant status to Trade NAFTA status for nurses and Trade Dependent status for spouse and children of nurses who are present in the United States. Immigrant
